Overview
Smart Commit offers paid plans starting at $1/month with a free tier. We want you to be happy with the service. If you're not, here's how refunds work.
Free Trial
The free tier (30 Cloud AI generations per month) requires no payment. There is nothing to refund for the free tier.
Paid Subscriptions
Since subscriptions start at just $1/month and you can cancel anytime, we generally do not offer prorated refunds. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, contact us and we will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@websouf.com with your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account dashboard. After cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period, then your account reverts to the free tier.
